The Conference Venue

The conference will take place each day at the Conference Rooms in the 6th floor of the HIT (Hanyang Institute of Technology) Building at Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea.

Conference Registration

Registration will take place in the 6th floor main foyer of The HIT, Hanyang University on Friday 4 December.
Delegate registration will operate at the following times : Friday 4 December 08.00-10.00
All attendees are required to check in at the registration desk to receive their badge and delegate bag.
The registration/information desk will also be staffed anytime during conference hours.

Catering

All lunches and refreshments will be provided during the conference.

Social program

Friday 4 December: Welcome Reception. There will be a drinks reception and buffet provided during the Special Lecture and Welcome Reception session for all delegates.

Insurance

Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of cancellation or postponement of the event. We accept no liability for any other loss, including incidental or consequential loss, in excess of the amount paid for the booking.

Conference team

The conference administration team will consist of Prof. Kyung-Sang Cho and Ju-Mee Kim who will be contactable via the registration desk throughout the conference to help with any enquiries or problems.
